| The federal government has increased the prices of petroleum products on New Year's Eve. |
According to the notification issued by the Ministry of Finance, after the increase in the price of petrol by Rs 4 per liter, the new price will be Rs 144.82.
The Finance Ministry said that the price of high speed diesel has also been increased by Rs 4 per liter, after which the new price has been increased to Rs 141.62 per liter.
According to the Finance Ministry, the price of kerosene will be Rs 113.53 per liter after an increase of Rs 3.95 per liter.
The Finance Ministry said that the price of light diesel has been fixed at Rs 111.06 per liter after an increase of Rs 4.15 per liter.
Prices of petroleum products will be applicable for the next 15 days from 12 noon.
